Addressing international election observers and stakeholders during a briefing just hours ahead of the scheduled polls, the CEC stressed that meticulous preparations have been finalized across the country to ensure the security and transparency of the voting process, which is set to commence tomorrow.
“As we approach the election day that is tomorrow, I wish to reaffirm the election commission’s unwavering commitment to delivering a peaceful, credible and participatory election,” CEC Nasir Uddin stated, emphasizing the EC’s resolve to uphold the highest democratic standards despite complex logistical challenges.
The briefing served as a crucial platform for the Election Commission to detail its operational readiness and assurance protocols to the global community.
